Driven by company growth, we have an immediate need for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. 

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and positioning Eduphoria’s products to K-12 school districts. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to educators and administrators. You will work closely with the product development team to understand the unique features and benefits of our offerings, translating them into compelling messaging and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will excel in market research, identifying key trends and customer needs within the education sector. You will collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies. 

 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a compelling value proposition for Eduphoria's products.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals and collaborate closely with the Sales team.
  • Provide the Sales team with necessary tools, including product demos and competitive insights.
  • Develop joint marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments with the Sales team.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute product launches in coordination with the Product team.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the K-12 education technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
 

Eduphoria! Offers You: 

  • Base Salary: $85,000 per year, plus 5% bonus opportunity
